Laboratory Services at the Orland Park Medical Pavilion

At Premier Suburban Medical Group, we put patients first. We are pleased to offer an exclusive, on-site lab, offering traditional blood draws, PT/INR, Urinalysis testing, stool collection and more!

Scheduling of Lab services can be done while you’re here for a doctor’s visit, or by simply calling 815-300-PSMG (7764) Monday – Friday 7:30 – 5:00 pm.

The laboratory is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am – 6 pm, Fridays from 7:30 am – 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8-Noon.
