Joining a Video Visit

• Log into your MySilverCross portal account.
• Select Appointments and then View Upcoming Appointments.

• You may test your connection at any time once the appointment is scheduled. This is recommended before your video visit.
• A new tab will open to allow you to test your camera, microphone, and speakers.

• After you have successfully tested your connection you can join the video visits by clicking the
  Join Now button.

• This button will appear 30 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.
• After selecting Join Now you will have a final opportunity to manage your audio/video settings. Please note a second tab will open for the video visit.

• Select Join Meeting to join the video visit with your provider.

• Your provider will be notified that you have arrived.
